Jerk sauce is the national sauce of Jamaica, and a very popular Caribbean Seasoning and marinade. Our particularly complex blend of spices in our Jerk sauce strays from the traditional, incorporating more exotic ingredients such as fresh mango, pineapple and habanero pepper. Much like our Jerk sauce, our cuisine tends to stray from what is considered traditional or native of one particular island.
